Applying for Membership:
** Application for membership to the Pinehurst Resorts and Country Club is available to all property owners within the incorporated limits of Pinehurst and is subject to approval. This membership is attached to the property.
2010 Initiation Fee $40,000 Applies to property without a membership.
2010 Transfer Fee $12,000 Applies to property with an established membership.

Paperwork Required to Apply for Membership:
1. Copy of the recorded warranty deed.
2. Transfer Fee or Initiation Fee
3. Country Club Application
4. Three Letters of Recommendation (First Time Members Only)
The buyer has 60 days from closing to complete and submit all of the above paperwork. Acceptance and processing of the membership takes approximately 7-10 business days. A membership package will be mail to you upon being accepted as a Member. After receiving your membership package, please give us a call to schedule an appointment for your photo I.D.. Photo I.D.’s must be obtained prior to usage of the facilities.

Joining Fairwoods on Seven
Initiation Fee $10,000.
Available to Members of Pinehurst Resort and Country Club who also wish to become a Member of Fairwoods on Seven. Dues for 2010 are $408.00 per month, which entitles Full membership privileges to Fairwoods on Seven and Pinehurst Resort and Country Club.

Entitled to use of the Members Club and Resort facilities including golf, tennis, swimming pools, Lake Pinehurst, croquet, lawn bowls and Spa. No court fees for tennis and lawn sports. Payment of one half the prevailing Member Guest green fees for golf.

Recreational
Entitled to use of the Members Club and Resort facilities including golf, tennis, swimming pools, Lake Pinehurst, croquet, lawn bowls, and Spa. No court fees for for lawn sports. Payment of one half the prevailing Member Guest green fees for golf and one half court fees for tennis.
